1. SUN SAFETY
Wear sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to help prevent skin damage. 
Check the UV Index to see how intense the UV rays are.
There is a UV Index link below and on my "Home" page as well.
 
 
2. NUTRITION
Eat as many whole foods as possible and stay away from foods in packaging.
If you are eating foods that are packaged, make sure you read the label to see what is in that food.
Take special note of the first 3 ingredients and watch for sugar or forms of sugar, such as corn syrup.
 
3. WATER
Stay hydrated by drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water each day. 
Eat fruits and vegetables which will help you stay hydrated as well.
 
4. MINDFULNESS
Take time to be thankful and express your gratitude. Spend time in a quiet place breathing in deep belly breaths. Practicing yoga is a healthy way to practice mindfulness. It is also good for strength, flexibility, and balance.
