May 10th: Jog-a-thon 2013 Let's Go, Vikings!
The children are always excited to participate in this event and it has been traditionally a fun way to earn money for our school. We will be sending out pledge sheets soon so start spreading the word to your family and friends for their support.
There will be exciting 1st, 2nd, & 3rd prizes awarded to students with the most funds raised. A boy and girl who complete the most laps at their grade level will earn a yummy lunch with some very special people. Finally, 100% class participation for donation form submissions will be rewarded as well. So, there are many ways to win! But, at the end of the race, all our children are winners as the funds raised will be used to support Valentine's PTA sponsored programs.....and we'll have a "dog-gone" good time doing it!!!
